European design built in special brand hardwood by Shipyard Itajaí - SC.
She had it's building permit issued in 1987 and went into the water ready in 13.09.1989.
The Lady Lee has a history of dream, where its builder, William Lee, all personal assets invested in their development, but years later he was forced to sell it, and sold it to an architect Italian.
The architect lived in Lady Lee for some years, but with very advanced age he decided to sell the boat in 2003 to a German businessman.
In the German style, the boat was two years in BNA - Aratu Naval Base, where he was a major reform in exchange for the entire electrical system, hydraulics, varnishes, shell, paint and other items that could realize the lists below. Turning it into a transoceanic luxury vessel , elegance and confidence. Also in 2006, returned to the BNA to the hull maintenance, painting and sandblasting.

BOARDS & DECK

Main Deck planking:

Grinding of the existing deck;

Application of primer on this deck Sikaprimer 215;
Application of the same primer on the boards of plywood;
Application of Sikaflex 221 sheet;
Gluing of plywood boards (subconvés)
The bonding pressure is exerted by bolts of 25 mm made of
Brass and / or stainless steel.
Grinding the face of contact subconvés;
Application of this surface Sikaprimer 215;
Application of Sikaprimer 215 at the contact surface of the boards of the deck and glue the spacers;
Glue the boards under pressure on sheet Sikaflex 221;
Grinding and cleaning of sealing joints of planks;
Application of 215 Sikaprimer inside the joint and placement of non-stick tape on the bottom thereof; Caulking joints with Sikaflex 290 DC;
After complete cure of the product (5-7 days, depending on humidity and temperature), finishing with sanding the deck as a whole.

Planking on the upper decks

The method is the same with the difference that instead of pasting each individual plank deck are constructed of panels (plywood and lumber) for subsequent bonding on the existing deck.

In both processes are used cardboard spacers with a high density, 6 mm thick to ensure a minimal layer of adhesive after pressing.

Sealing of deck hardware and accessories

1 - Clean by grinding and alcohol base of hardware and application of primer 206 G + T Sika;

2 - Application of Sikaprimer 215 on the contact surface of the deck at the position of hardware or accessory;

3 - Application of Sika 221 adhesive.

4 - by pressing parafusação.
